Poor quality control
I love the bag but it was clearly a return, it looked as if it had been used, did not have a tag on it and was missing the packet of extra embellishments that was supposed to be included in case the jewels fell off. It was a final sale and therefore not returnable. You should be notified and give a discount when purchasing someone else’s return.
