The quality of these shoes is decent, but they are far too small and narrow! I’ve bought several pairs of MK shoes before that ran large, so I ordered a size up this time—expecting to wear them often in winter—only to be hugely disappointed. To make matters worse, the product listing didn't include a front-facing photo; the toes are extremely pointed, which isn't a style I like. The biggest hassle is the return process: I can't even find the purchase record in my account! I have to take them to a store to return them. This has been a truly terrible shopping experience!
