I bought it 3 weeks ago but just tried yesterday at church and I was so embarrassing since all sparkling pieces are all over my clothes and my hands. I took it to local store at Washington Square mall where I got it but the Store manager saw all sparkling on my hands and clothes but refused to solve the defect issues. I have spent many hours yesterday and today to contact customer service . Waisting time and money for this bag plus embarrassing. Finally, disappointed with local store manager and MK system. I had been with MK for many years but I think time to switch a new brand.

I bought at Washington Mall in Tigard Oregon. Local store manager saw all over my clothes and my hands but she denied to solve problems. This is product defects but I have to spend 2 days to come local store and called customer service. Still no answer yet. I'm disappointed with MK
