Disappointing
I wanted this purse and it sold out. Asked to be notified. Got the email ordered and was sent a used denim returned purse without plastic packaging, not even a price tag was on the purse. No covering on handles or hardware. Just lying in the box. I’ve never received a purse in this condition. It was clearly used. Customer service should’ve never accepted this as a return. I’ve never been disappointed in my orders but this is a deal breaker for me.
