Worst watch ever
Worst watch I have ever purchased
They sent me a watch that had scratches on it and when I reached out them, they have replaced it. After I got the replacement watch, I got it sized it at MK store. When I wore it for the first time after some days the pin in the watch strap was coming off, I took to store and they did something and said it is fixed now. After month or two I wore it again, the pin was coming off again. This time I reached out customer support to return the watch because I did not want to keep the watch and get worried about when it is going to fall off. They said it is out of return period they can’t do anything about it. I do not wear this watch regularly so I haven’t realized it early, out of three time I wore the watch pin came out 2 times. May be they should sell watches with disclaimer saying that we sell defective watches, so wear it every day to test your luck if you got a good one or a defective one. If you got a defective one you can just return it in the 30 day period.
I have always had bags from MK but this if my first watch from them and it turned out to be a bad one. And the worst part is that this is my first self gift for my birthday.

I bought this as a gift to my wife on our wedding day. She loved it and so did her mom! ..that says a lot if her mom like it! Haha
