Received a used bag
I received my bag today and I'm very upset because when I bought it the app doesn't says that is final sale, I bought the black color and now the app doesn't let me do a return.
I want to return it because arrived like in used condition, has a rip , the quality is cheap and pouches are hard to open to have access for get something from the bag .
This is the 4 bag in the 3 last months that i bought and the last one, please help me to get my money back because you sent me a USED BAG.
