Disappointed
This should have been categorized as a small vs a medium size bag. Nonetheless, I like the bag style. However, I am severely disappointed with the way that I received this bag. Not sure if the bag I was received was perhaps previously used. It had no packing and was shipped in a soft mailer, which was a bad choice for a smooth leather handbag. Easily dented and scratched through the soft mailer. I was so excited to receive the bag and had cut off the tags before I noticed a dent/scratch in the leather of the backside of the bag. So this was a first from MK, and I’m so burned by this last shipment that I hesitate to ever order again.
