Design is beautiful but if you have a iPhone you can not text back on your watch, I really wish I knew that before purchasing.

Disappointed!
So thought will be cooler be different than my daughter (she has Apple Watch) seen this fashionable smartwatch thought wow this is great pair able with my iPhone I use google very often for most my apps I have a newer iPhone everything will be awesome so got watch it wa pretty liked to change the screens but found out will not send msgs okay that’s cool just as long as receives them which did not say in details but whatever... then idk if was my watch but I couldn’t even receive then txt msgs couldn’t hear my calls seen the call but could I use it no read manual don’t say too much went online says compatible on details but then troubleshooting says iPhone you can’t do txt msging but can call so very confused on what you can do with iPhone so basically it was more fashion than useful then I realized I’m missing the extra band you can change out that they put in details you get n the band they gave me the MK detail was black not gold? Read on other review missing band as well which is odd beings it’s sealed shut ?! So unfortunately I’m returning my watch to get an Apple Watch.. wanted be different but guess Apple is Apple (and would like to add since use PayPal I have to return online to get my refund or otherwise I have a store credit which think it dumb as well faulty is faulty but don’t use PayPal if want to return to store )

Beautiful yet...
I love the way the watch looks it gorgeous the size i got it in the rose gold and gray color which sold out first than the rosegold pink my only down on this watch would be that we cant upload our own face picture we can only ise the ones provided by MK wise not sure if it because im an iphone owner but over all love how it looks with my going out outfits instead of my squared apple watch out of both id have to say my apple watch is 10 times better than this one:)

I love how the watch looks. I have used it for one full day, and it was pretty cool. The only thing I do not like is that it does not allowing you to respond to text messages if you are an iPhone user. That is one of the main features I was looking for in a smartwatch when I was searching for a smartwatch, so this is very disappointing. The other issue is that it did not come with the extra buckle as stated. I called to request the missing buckle be sent to me, but I was told I would have to return the watch for a refund and re-order another watch. I do not understand why sending me the missing buckle would not be a simpler and faster solution.
