Not as expected
I am pleased with the look of the bag but I did not realize the bag was so stiff. It is just hard to get anything out if you put that lock on and also, it is annoying to keep undoing the lock . It is not very accessible. Materials are very hard. I feel sad b/c this was a gift from a very dear friend.
