Incorrect product sizes
The product description sizes and the actual product are NOT the same. The website states this is a medium size satchel. The tag on the product states it is a small crossbody. The measurements incorrect and should be corrected on the website. This was a Christmas gift. The actual product that I thought I was ordering (as stated in the description) is now sold out. Calling the customer service number was not helpful and they suggested I contact the company via chat. Once I had all of my information in, the chat disappeared on my phone. After 5 minutes or so, the chat option completed started over and showed me as number 27 in line. When I try the chat option on my laptop, it does not even work.
