cloth color change
This bag should be sprayed with scotch guard before using. It gets dirty on the cloth over time. Don't wear with jeans bc it will turn the bag blue and stain.
That's a problem. It looks good.
They have ones you can wipe without the cloth material. Not recommended

Perfect size, great strap!
I have been looking to replace a Michael Kors crossbody bag that I use for hands-free grocery shopping mainly because the buckle on the strap is very annoying. This is the first bag in my year+ hunt that has a comfortable strap and for the most part the buckle can stay at the bottom, not in the middle of my back or chest. Plus it doesn't get twisted like most straps. I gave it a four because I thought the leather band was there as a method to alter the length of the strap but it doesn't. I'm not sure why it's there.

cute but doesn’t fit much easily
I purchased this bag to take on the go so I didn’t have to carry too much. Unfortunately, my MK gold tech wallet with strap takes up more than half of the interior leaving just enough space for my iPhone and keys and not much else. I still like it, the gold is cute and the strap is comfortable, and the fact that it can convert from shoulder to cross body was what sold me.i would’ve liked more interior pockets or more functional exterior pockets.
