So disappointed! I have only used it a couple of for special occasions as I didn’t want it tossed around on an airplane. The first time I used it, 2 of the MK wheel covers came off. When I contacted customer service about replacement wheel covers I was told that was not an option. This weekend, as I was rolling it down the hallway of the hotel the wheel came off! Seriously!!! There I stand with a darling suitcase in one hand and a wheel in the other. What a waste of money. Michael Kohrs is my go to for all of my handbag purchases, but after today it is time to move on!
