What a Waste!!!
Cheap Quality!!!
The first time I used it, the "S" from the metal logo plate fell off. By the third use, one of the wheel broke off. Attempts to get replacement wheels prove futile. I now have a luggage with 3 wheels parked in the garage. Save your money and try another brand! This was a waste.

Great Gift!
I got this as a gift from my husband to match the duffle weekender bag. This is the perfect carryon suitcase! I get a lot of compliments for this suitcase, especially when I also have the duffle to match it. The quality is perfect, easy to move around.

Exceptional Service
I ordered this luggage bag for my wife’s birthday and I paid for next day shipping. I look up the order and didn’t see the shipping information. So I called customer service and the young lady found my order. And before we got off the phone my order was shipped and I had a tracking number and we was on the phone for only 5 minutes. My order arrived early and I’m truly grateful.
