I love the way this bag looks in the pictures, but it just doesn’t hold it’s shape at all. Disappointed.

This is a gorgeous bag!
Bought this in the black with the silver chain and I really love it! It's lightweight (even with the chain, which is substantial) and looks really cute worn crossbody or on the arm as a satchel. The cinching at the top does come undone while you carry the bag, which is not a big deal but I did want to mention it does not stay tightly cinched at least when you wear it crossbody. The faux leather is plush and soft and looks like real leather. The price is kind of high for a faux leather bag but the overall quality and style are so exceptional that I am here for it. :)
