Wanted to choose 3.5 stars
Loved it at first. I was looking to replace my previous handbag with something similar and this one has what I was looking for. It is attractive! The problems I have are with the functionality. Once I filled it, the sides often hang open, which I don't care for and items can easily slip out. Also, the strap is a little flimsy and it has come unhooked from the bag three times, while on my shoulder, since I purchased it.

Bag was all good however the packaging wasn't.
When you buy a product online, you expect it to be well packed and given same treatment as buying from store. However this wasn't the case, no dust bag or MK Shopping bag was given. I was handed the bag in a clear plastic bag. Very disappointing.
