Disappointed
Unfortunately, I can only rate my experience as such.
I received multiple updates on delivery date,
finally after almost two weeks it arrived. The box purse came in was severely damaged, however the purse seemed to be okay. The purse itself was in a dirty plastic bag, tags were not attached to purse, shoulder strap was lying separately. For a purse of presumably notable quality and name brand, I was rather disappointed.
This was my first time purchasing a Michael Kores purse.

Sticky Zippers
The bag is very nice, however the zippers feel slightly cheap and get stuck pretty often. I don’t fill my bag up fully so it doesn’t have a reason to not shut, they are just very sticky.
