Sexy but to narrow
The boot is sexy and beautiful but it took me minutes to get on due to it having no zipper or wider shaft. Hands down it would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for it being to narrow. Sadly I won't probably wear them again to much work to get on.

Order cancellation despite product availability - bonkers!!
Placed order, after no email communication for 7 days, checked order confirmation email using embedded link yo assess order status and notified order canceled. Called customer service and told order was canceled for two reasons: (1) item in limited quantity (although size and color available and in stock) and (2) because billing and shipping address do not match. Michael Kors this is utterly ridiculous, do better. More so deserve a negative 5 for customer service and lack of communication/notification regarding change/cancellation in order status.

Shaft is too narrow
I couldn't the shoe part on to get them up my calves and I have chicken legs. Maybe if there was a zipper. and maybe if i had someone to help me put on and take off. I was wearing leggings when I tried, so that's definitely not the problem. The heel to this boot is awesome, just wish the rest of the boot was as well.
