Disappointed no strap shipped with bag
The crossbody was beautiful. However was not shipped with the strap. Called customer service and unfortunately bag was sold out and could not replace

I love my crossbody when making small run errands cause it doesn’t hold much have to take my phone case off for it to fit but other than that it’s okay for the mini runs would recommend .

Perfection
This was absolutely perfect to use for my trip I just went on. Was easy to get to my cards I needed. Had a few card spots on the inside so I can put my driver's license and it be easy access as travelling. It's big enough for everything you need to take with you on a trip! Or even just a night out on the town!

Not showing up from
Never showed up
I never received my package in the mail. I emailed saying it has not shown up. I got a response back giving me the same tracking number that I already had saying it was on the way but it still has never shown up. By this point I would like a full refund. Still no word back.
