Put the order twice and every time after 2 days before dispatch it says out of stock. Highly disappointed with your brand inventory management.

Received Substitute Crossbody Bag
Hello....I like the Crossbody Bag I received, however, it is not the one I ordered. This bag is of the same material (Nylon Gabardine), and is the same color - but it is a different style. The one I originally purchased had a buckle on the front, which really set it off nicely. The quality of the bad I now have is excellent; and I love the wide strap and lettering. In inclusion, I was very disappointed that I had been sent a substitute. Best regards, Pauline
