My new favorite bag
I bought this as a birthday gift for myself. The only complaint that I have is the way that it was packaged. Why would you put this in a plastic envelope/bag to ship this? I bought the matching wallet from somewhere else & it came packaged like it was the most expensive thing in the world so I would say do better on shipping. Otherwise like I said I love it!

Shocked! I know Michael Kors isn't a "high end" designer like Chanel. However, as a first time customer I expected more. For one I have never recieved a purse without a dust bag before. The quality is low. And this came to me thrown in a bag, no box with Chinese writing on the bag and nothing else. Nothing protecting the hardware, ect. Very poorly executed and low end.
