I love this case that i bough. But it has reduce 2 times since in less than a month. I contacted customers services by phone and i was able to get back a refund of 10.00 for the first reduction it has been reduced again another 10.00 . I have written 2 times concerning this about getting a refund on that next reductions of 10.00 but no one has responded. I am quite disappointed as i could go to the store and purchase this case for 79.00 now. I would like to know if i will be receiving the second 10.00 reduction..it is so unfair in less than a month its reduce 2 times. I will return this casec if i dont get the 10.00 credited to my account . Could you please answer me asap. As this is the 3rd time i am reaching out for help and not getting any reply.

Beautiful, a bit too big and not super convenient!
Lost a star because I have a 13.6” Mac Book Air and this swallows it. It’s beautiful. Also I have a lot of Michael Joe’s bags both purses and bag packs and this cannot fit in any of them it’s almost as though this bag needs its own straps. The bag is maybe 15-16” not 13 for sure. I also got it my initials on it so it can’t be returned if I didn’t I would have probably returned it because I can’t really take it anywhere

Too big for my 13" laptop
Im actually excited to receive this laptop bag because i just bought my first ever macbook so I want to have a nice bag for it, however when I received the item im disappointed because it is too big :( It says in the website its a 13.7" but it's 15" :( The design and color is very pretty but I don't like it because of the size and im not happy so i will return it. I should read first the review before purchasing, which i did not do.

I bought it few weeks ago for my MacBook Air 13”. The laptop fits perfectly and plenty of room left. A bit bigger than expected but I am happy with it since I also get to put my charger inside and have extra space. The only reason I removed a star is because I monogrammed it and it’s a bit sloppy the way they put my initials.
