Purchased this bag from Macy's on December 24th. On January 25th I noticed the trim where the leather is was peeling and the leather pocket on the outside was peeling. I contacted customer service to see if they can repair the bag and I was told that they do not consider it a manufacturer's defect. It sucks that I've had that bag for 30 days and the leather or pleather is already peeling and they refuse to do anything about it. $150 down the drain. I've never owned a Michael Kors bag and after this experience I never will again.
