The crossbody that I ordered was silver metallic w/a matching SILVER strap. I received a silver metallic crossbody w/a tan strap and silver words. Customer Service did provide me an option to return or keep and get a 10% credit. Although I really wanted what I ordered, I just didn't feel comfortable returning the crossbody and possibly wind up with the same item, again. I settled for the 10%.
