Beautiful bag, but...
The crossbody bag is truly pretty and the perfect size for travel and dinners out. However, the zipper continues to stick (I had to purchase zipper oil which only helped a little). Also, the keeper for the excess leather on the shoulder strap is too big and actually does NOT act as a keeper. There is too much extra length to the shoulder strap beyond the holes anyway. So I've had to go to a leather repair shop to sort this out. Disappointed in these issues given the money I spent. The company did offer me a refund or 10% off. Neither ideal.
