Very Disappointed
I really liked and bought this sandal sometimes in January. When they came, as always I just put them away in the closet. Well today I decided to wear them so I got them down and put them on but because I was running late I decided I could finish when I got to work. After getting to work and later going to fasten the sandal's strap, it didn't close. The strap is too short and wouldn't even touch the buckle! I really like and want these sandals and hope MK can trade these defective pair for another even though I wore them today. Fingers crossed. So now I will contact customer service to find what my options are if any.
