Handbags, Small Leather Goods & Tech Accessories

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags, small leather goodsand tech accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag, small leather good or tech accessory proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags, small leather goods or tech accessories will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather and natural stones. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Luggage

Subject to below conditions and exclusions, luggage is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the luggage proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective luggage will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to: broken or malfunctioning wheels or zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or any damages arising from accessories, consumable parts or products, such as portable batteries, purchased from third parties to use in conjunction with Michael Kors luggage.

Footwear

Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required. If you feel the shoes or apparel purchased have a manufacturer's defect, please return the item to the place of purchase.

Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to: broken hardware/heels and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than Michael Kors.

Watches

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, watches are protected from the original date of purchase by a two-year warranty (proof of purchase is required). A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge with the same or a comparable product if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Michael Kors jewelry is made of precious metals combined with various elements including semi-precious stones. Apply perfume and cosmetics prior to putting on your jewelry. To clean your jewelry, wipe with the soft buffing cloth provided. Keep your jewelry away from moisture as it promotes tarnish. We recommend storing your jewelry in a clean, dry place, such as the pouch that the product comes in.

Sterling Silver Jewelry

The Michael Kors Sterling Silver Jewelry Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Michael Kors’ limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.

Your Michael Kors sterling silver jewelry is warranted by Fossil Group, Inc.* for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, or, in the event of purchase within the European Economic Area (inclusive of Switzerland), for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, in each case under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Michael Kors Sterling Silver Jewelry warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt is required for proof of purchase.

Covered pieces will be repaired (if feasible) or replaced free of component and labor charges if the piece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

In case of replacement, Michael Kors cannot guarantee that you will receive the same piece of sterling silver jewelry. If your piece is not available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. The warranty for the replacement sterling silver jewelry piece ends one (1) year or, in the case or original purchase within the European Economic Area (inclusive of Switzerland), two (2) years, from the date the replacement piece is received.

STERLING SILVER JEWELRY WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

•Damage resulting from, in the opinion of Michael Kors, improper handling, lack of care, accidents, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence, failure to follow the advice provided in your aftercare booklet or at services.fossilgroup.com, normal wear and tear or aging.

•Products that are not purchased from an authorized Michael Kors retailer (inclusive of authorized online retailers), Michael Kors retail store, or Michael Kors official website.

The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Michael Kors. Michael Kors shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Michael Kors has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Michael Kors’ entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Michael Kors’ sole option.

Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

REQUESTING STERLING SILVER JEWELRY WARRANTY REPAIR:

Should you require work under warranty, please visit the repair site and follow the instructions to send in your sterling silver jewelry, a copy of your sales receipt and a description of the problem to the authorized international service center closest to you.

Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Michael Kors highly recommends that you insure your parcel and adequately protect the sterling silver jewelry during shipment. Michael Kors is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase in order to be entitled to take advantage of this warranty.

The warranties offered herein by Michael Kors are nontransferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Michael Kors or its authorized licensee or provider.
