I asked the package to be gift wrapped and I even paid for it. However I received the package in a cardboard box wrapped in tissue paper. When I called the customer service to send me another gift wrapped, they refused and told me they would refund me the money for gift wrapping. This was a Christmas present. And I’m very disappointed
