THE LETTERING IN FRONT OF THE BACKPACK
I LOVE THE COLOR AND THE LEATHER, HOWEVER THE LETTERING IN FRONT OF THE BACKPACK WITH MICHAEL KORS NAME. THE LETTER L IS PERTUDING OUTWARD. I AM AFRAID IT MAY FALL OFF.

Good quality but heavy
The leather is as expected so also craftsmanship and quality. It is a heavy bag when empty - more than I expected. Also - I understand if they do not include dust bag when a purchase is made from Factory store - however, for the price paid and when you are buying it from MK directly - they should include it. I took away 2 stars for the two items I listed. A bit disappointing.
