"I bought a handbag with Order #Z007110417, but it was too small for my laptop, a book, and two small packages of tea. I returned the handbag, but Michael's team refused to accept my return because they found the two tea packages and concluded that the handbag had been used. I want to share this information to clarify my situation. I believe Michael's policy is unfair and traps customers. I hope my comment helps others avoid the same experience.
