very pretty purse and great color. knocking off 1 star as it has this weird overlap inside the purse which makes it hard to get to the pockets.

This bag (purse) is beautiful, I do have side straps to carry on shoulder ( black w/gold links) it's beautiful and has so much room in it. Definitely a 10/10 !

Bad packaging and no way to fix it now!!
I ordered this bag and another bag and they both came in a large brown ugly box with bubble wrap. Now this is my first time purchasing and did not know that it did not come in the branded box. The branded boxes are only if you buy the gift wrapping. WHICH IT DOES NOT SAY!! to make things worst although I ordered this I cannot now purchase the branded gift box. So my first time experience has been ruined!!!!!! I called and did the live chat and nothing is fixed they said that they cannot ship an empty box!! really? smh.
