I just received it 5 days ago and I was excited to use it and with it I purchased the protector forgot what it's called. Well I'm not too happy with it. The sewing was pulled on the front and the protector did not work. The back of the purse got my jean mark on it even when I added the protector and I let it sit for 24hrs. The space Is wonderful. You can't adjust the strap either but I didn't have a problem with the length anyways.
