This is my 2nd Ginny bag and it's a pretty perfect purse; it's big enough for a phone, wallet and keys, you can adjust the strap to multiple lengths and the pebbled leather is really low-maintenance.

Not what was expected
When we received the purse, it looked as it was already used. It looked as if the purse had been washed a few times. The straps were not connected. This was the only time we’ve had a bad experience.
