I purchased these shoe online, fast shipping, and was instantly in love when I received them. I purchased the 6.5 bc it was the biggest size in stock and I wear a 7 but most of my Michael Kors shoes runs a little big so I figured I can get away with a 6.5. Inside my box a received two right shoes sizes 6.5 and 7. The 7 fit great so they are true to size. I called customer service (whom were very nice and helpful) to see if I could return the 6.5 right shoe and they can send me the size 7 left shoe but claim they could not. So sadly I had to return them. Beautiful shoe tho!
