I was very excited about this purchase. Unfortunately I messed up when ordering and an old address was entered for delivery. I realized right away and emailed the help center the same day. The next morning I called right away and spoke to a representative who told me my delivery address could not be changed and I would have to cancel the order. I canceled the order. However it still got delivered to an old address and I never saw a reimbursement. Fortunately I was able to coordinate with the owner of the house, but it was 3 hours of travel one way to get the shoes. I love the shoes but I’m very disappointed with the service provided.
