My husband bought this watch for my birthday. I absolutely love it. Had a hard time the first day with it but after reading the instructions again, it worked like a charm. I even enjoy it with my iPhone.

Not fully compatible with iphone
If you do not have the Michael Kors app open on your iPhone at all times the phone and watch will not stay connected. The find my phone feature is not available for iPhones, unless again the app is open. After almost 2 months of back and forth with fossil, who runs their software, and a replacement watch being sent I was finally told by a representative that those features are not available at the moment for iPhones. It would have been nice to know before purchasing, also the replacement watch that was sent has scratches all down the screen. It’s a beautiful watch but not what I was expecting. It was a birthday present and after almost two months I’ve been able to use it maybe a total of 2 weeks.

Will not power on!
I purchased this watch on January 1 2023. Beautiful watch, but as of this past Sunday it will not power on! Battery was at 77%, during this time. Very upsetting that after only 2 months it’s basically useless. Very disappointed in this product; Michael Kors do better! There’s no reason for a watch that’s so costly to not function!!!
