Husband had this watch for 3 weeks, but then it started overheating and shutting down and restarting. Took this back to Macy's for a refund. After reading more reviews on the web, discovered this is COMMON PROBLEM with NO RESOLUTION!! Buyer beware!

HOWEVER, THE SMARTWATCHES CAN BE DEEMED USELESS because all of the chargers ARE UNRELIABLE. The chargers, if they work at all, only last for DAYS before they die and you'll need to buy another one!! I had my brand new smartwatch FIVE days before my brand new charger died that came with my Michael Kors smartwatch!! I THOUGHT MY WATCH DIED! In my attempts to replace the charger, I found that NONE of these chargers last and sometimes don't work at all after purchase. WHAT GOOD IS YOUR BRAND NEW SMARTWATCH IF YOU CAN'T CHARGE IT TO KEEP WORKING??!! Overpriced and just arm candy. [6/2021 Review]
