The watch box was open and broken. I have never had an issue before so this was very shocking. I think they are reselling returns which is not acceptable.

Poor model for MK
Got this watch Christmas 2018, sent it off for the first time May 2019 for the entire back coming unsealed. Sent it off again for the second time for the same issue a few months later. It has done it once again but not as bad and my husband was able to get it back on. Now it doesn't want to charge unless I set something on top of my watch while on the charger. I feel like it was poor manufacturing for this watch.
Very unfortunate because it's a beautiful watch.

Beautiful but wasn’t compatible to my iphone
I loved and was excited to purchase and receive the watch in the mail. But sadly it wasn’t connecting to my iPhone well. Never could get text messages and the watch and phone kept disconnecting when they were next to each other. So I did return it.

Only works when it wants too
Touch screen and buttons only work when they want too watch constantly freezes and goes black when I'm trying to do someone
