Disappointed
I loved the bag. Ordered it and it was cancelled. Ordered again and unavailable. Third time the charm; got it and was disappointed. The hardware on the shoulder straps is very clunky and kept getting stuck sideways, shortening the already short handles... so I returned it. Very disappointed since I still love the look of the bag.

My order was cancelled as it was out of stock.
Showed available and was thanked for my order . After that received an email saying sorry out of stock. Maybe you would like these ones.

Would have probably loved it
I ordered it and waited for it for 2weeks. Went to check my status and saw that MK cancelled my order without advising me. I called them waited 30 mins to finally talk to someone who said there were none left so they cancelled my order. MK never bothered to advise me right away. They did 1 month later!! Poor service for a high end company
