No pockets was a big disappointment.
This coat is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. But WHO in their right mind would make a coat without functional pockets??? The photo makes it appear as if hands are in pockets and the description says “handy side pockets.” You just can’t put your HANDS in the handy side pockets apparently. This was such a disappointment for me as far as the functionality of the coat, but the coat is beautiful nonetheless.

The coat is beautiful, but it loses 3 stars because who in their right mind designs a winter coat without any pockets. Such a shame!

NO Pockets—-why???
Very disappointed that this coat does not have pockets! Images make it appear they function with the model but they are sealed shut and not meant to open!
Otherwise coat is gorgeous and fits as expected. Unfortunately, I will be returning.
