Love everything but the color
It is a really beautiful jacket but the camel color is different in person than it shows online. It is darker and kind of a gold/yellowish undertone. I was really hoping it would be a true camel color but it is not. Beautiful jacket otherwise. Great fit and the fur is nice.

The coat itself was decent, but not worth the price. What ultimately earned this a one-star rating was the return process—it was unnecessarily complicated. I offered to return it in-store to exchange for a smaller size, but was told I had to ship it back and then repurchase it separately. Between the hassle and the added cost, it simply wasn’t worth
