XS gets jammed into a tiny box!
I purchased two of these, because I wasn't sure about size. The Small came in a nice, large box and the faux fur colar was gorgeous. BUT the XS came jammed into a tiny, flat box and the faux wool collar is smashed and completely matted! Unfortuantely, the small is way too big for me, and no matter how much I try to fluff the collar on the XS, it is an ugly, matted mess. So, I am returning both. I would have LOVED to have kept the XS, because the coat is well made and nicely tailored. But, c'mon MK, you can do better with your shipping! And if you can't, then make more of these available in stores!
