Rated 3 out of 5 by from Monogram The bag is beautiful but the monogram is very disappointing. It looks like a preschooler placed a foil sticker on it. The website was glitching so I got ahold of them as soon as they were open to let them know but got no response and the bag monogrammed poorly.
