Will never buy another Michael Kors
I’ve wanted this bag for the last year but just bought a house and decided to put off buying it. My boyfriend ordered me this bag for Christmas unfortunately it was sold out on site so he ordered it from Dillard's. Bag came with strings hanging and the seams falling apart we reached out to Dillard’s but we’re sold out and only wanted to refund us me paying for shipping it back of course. Heartbroken I reached out to Michael Kors site for a warranty replacement it’s their logo and product and they refused to replace it. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the bag for months I just wanted a new product that didn’t come in horrible shape! I used to buy a new bag every 6-7 months from Michael Kors and I will never spend another penny with them or carry another one of their products again!
