I love polka dots! This dress can be dressed up ir diwn. I wore it with a shiny red shrug to Miss America preliminaries and felt like a contrstant.

Loved the dress but it was too high waisted and tight in the chest. I’m 5’7, 124 lbs. I usually wear size 4 in Michael Kors. Sent it back.
