Disappointed
Found customer service of no help. Received bag today with zipper that is hard to pull and worse case I'm sure this was a return. No packing inside bag, no coverage of tabs, shoulder strap was loose not wrapped in protection. Was just thrown in box which was partially open. Called customer service and could not understand what the rep was saying. I order a lot for myself and gifts and this was my first very negative experience. I called and could not receive an understandable answer. Very disappointed being I used my birthday coupon. I still want the purse but a NEW one.
