Great service
Bought this watch as a graduation gift for my granddaughter and it arrived sooner than anticipate. The watch is beautiful and the free engraving added a personal touch. My granddaughter brought the watch to Michael Kors store and they took out the links to make it fit to her wrist.
Service was great and watch is beautiful

Love the style of this watch
I bought this watch a couple months back. I have to say packaging was great watch looks awesome exactly what I was looking for. I had to send it back because I noticed the color on the band was changing. It went from rose gold to gold. Warranty changed out the band and I had my watch back. Couple months after I noticed the same thing again. Now the pieces in between the bands are turning black. I try to take care of the watch s much as I could. Only wear it for special occasions, no water no lotions on my wrist. But I guess this is what happens it gets worn down. My co-worker also bought the same watch and the same issue happened to her. The color changed its no longer rose gold its gold. For what is worth its an okay buy I wish they would make the color last longer so that you can wear it more often
