Poor quality
I purchased this item at non-refundable sale price which I understood for a total of $577. However, this handbag has an obvious black mark on the very front of it and a couple of other tiny marks. At this price point I expected it to be perfect. I called once and was given email address for support. I have emailed this company several times and have yet to receive a response.
