Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as expected Bought this dress after seeing it at the SOTU. I ordered a small and a medium, both of which fit, but it gathers at the waist, giving the appearance of a larger midsection. I have other MK dresses in this style that just lay flat so i'm not sure why this one was done like that. Had to return it.
