Chain Broke within the hour
I bought this for my wife. Unfortunately, within the hour of her walking with it into the local mall. The swivel of the chain of the purse broke. We couldn’t believe it. After saving for said handbag, we search the parking lot for the said swivel. But unable to obtain it. We are very discouraged in the manufacturing of this product. My wife is now embarrassed to handle said handbag what I saved for months to provide for her.
