Disappointed
I purchased this beautiful shoe in May for a party but finally wore them today 09/14/24. I still love the shoe but the heel tip came off getting out of the car and going to a friend's home and heard the tapping sound from heel. I'm very disappointed because I love Micheal Kors! I have purchased so many shoes from you all. Please do something to make better heel tips that don't break so easliy.
